Return and Refund Policy

At Sew Wise Quilter, we value our customers and want you to be satisfied with your purchases. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

Due to the nature of our digital products, classes, and memberships, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Physical products may be eligible for a return or exchange under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Digital Products and Online Classes

All digital downloads, patterns, and online class registrations are non-refundable once purchased.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing digital content, please contact us for assistance.

3. Physical Products

Returns on physical products (such as quilting tools, kits, or merchandise) are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be in new, unused, and original condition with all packaging intact.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos of the item to verify the issue before approving a return or replacement.

Classes & Events: Cancellations for in-person events must be made at least 7 days before the event for a full refund.
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
If Sew Wise Quilter cancels an event or class, a full refund or credit will be provided.

6. Memberships & Subscriptions

Membership fees for virtual communities, clubs, or retreats are non-refundable after payment has been processed.
Memberships may be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

7. How to Request a Return or Refund

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and process refunds within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
